What Homebound is

Homebound is a coordination platform for UK property transactions. We are not a law firm, surveyor or estate agent. We connect you with regulated firms and help track progress.

Referral relationships & fees

We have referral arrangements with the firms in our network. When you instruct a firm via Homebound and that instruction completes, we receive a referral fee from the firm (typically £40–£300 depending on professional type). This fee is paid by the firm out of its margin and does not affect the price you pay.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when instructing a firm.
• Read each firm's own terms and engagement letter before signing.
• You're free to choose any firm - recommendations are not obligations.

Liability

The legal, surveying and financial work itself is performed by the firm you instruct. They carry their own regulatory liability and professional indemnity insurance. Homebound's liability is limited to its role as a coordination and referral platform.
