Who we are

Homebound is a UK property transaction coordination service. We are a data controller registered with the ICO. Contact us at privacy@homebound.co.uk.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone)
Transaction details (property address, purchase price, mortgage status)
Identification status (whether ID is ready - we do not store ID documents themselves)
Usage data (pages viewed, instructions sent)

When we share your data

When you instruct a firm via Homebound, we share the details you submit on the instruction form with that firm so they can contact you and start your case. The firm then becomes a separate data controller. We will tell you each time, and you must give explicit consent before we share.

We may share aggregated, non-identifying data with introducing estate agents (e.g. completion rates), but never your personal details.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@homebound.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
